1. Registration Requirement
All presenters and attendees are required to register.
2. Paper Registration
Each main conference registration covers one accepted paper, except for the IEEE Life Member registration category.
3. Additional Paper Registration
Each additional accepted paper requires an additional paper registration. Up to two additional papers may be registered.

The conference registration system supports the following payment methods:
· Chinese Yuan (CNY) payments: WeChat Pay, Alipay and UnionPay
· USD payments: Visa, Mastercard and JCB credit cards
Upon successful completion of payment, participants can access and download their payment receipts through the conference registration system.
For participants registering in mainland China, VAT invoices (fapiao) will be issued and sent to the email address associated with their registration accounts within five business days after the conference concludes.
After completing registration and payment, participants can request and download their official visa invitation letters through their registration accounts. The invitation letter is provided only for visa application purposes and does not imply any financial responsibility or guarantee by the Organizing Committee.

On or before September 15, 2026: 50％ refund
On or after September 16, 2026: No refund
